Memorandum of Association

Consolidate the network of neurosurgeons associated with the Department of Neurosurgery, Madurai Medical College / Government Rajaji Hospital.
To aid in maintaining and uplifting the glory of the Department of the Neurosurgery.
To promote talent in the field of neurosurgery
To bring back faculty to imbibe knowledge.
To propagate knowledge through various communications.
To support infrastructural development of the Department of Neurosurgery, Madurai Medical College / Government Rajaji, Hospital, Madurai.
To promote any academic programmes, Fellowships, Financial aids for training, awards, and Competitions in the field of Neurosurgery primarily focused at Madurai.
To organize Orations and other academic programmes.
To promote and strive for the advancement of neurosurgery.
To institute and award scholarships and stipends for study, research and apprenticeship for all or any of the purposes set forth herein and to award prizes to students for proficiency in Neurosurgery, by the creation of an Endowment or otherwise.

The Academy also has International Advisors and Management Committee members.
The address for the correspondence would be the secretary’s office.
The treasurer is being authorized to receive membership fees and contributions from his office.
The secretary and treasurer are authorized to operate and transact Bank accounts.
Mr. Seetharaman, Charted Accountant, Trichy, has been appointed as the auditor of the association.
